Not at all. Every session is coached to suit your level, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. We’ll guide you from day one so you feel comfortable and supported.
At the end of the week, we’ll review your progress together and show you the best options to continue. There’s no pressure and no lock-ins - it’s about finding the right fit for you together.
Not a problem. Most people who start with us are beginners. You’ll go through onboarding with a coach, learn the basics, and join classes that are structured with three levels built in.
You’ll have unlimited access to classes and the gym for 7 consecutive days. We recommend aiming for 3–4 sessions to get the most out of the experience without feeling overloaded.
